Nuestra historia

In 1986, our Managing Director, after completing his studies in economics and spending five years training at the leading industrial dairy supply company listed on the stock exchange at the time, founded Inprolacta, S.A. in Madrid. The company focused on importing and marketing dairy raw materials for the food sector, connecting producers from various European Union countries with clients in Spain.

With 15,000 m² of warehouse space and a top-tier logistics team, Inprolacta offered a door-to-door forwarder service to major Spanish food manufacturers, managing deliveries from origins such as Germany, France, Poland, and the Netherlands all the way to the factories of its clients.

Among its clients were renowned companies such as Nestlé, Lactalis, General Biscuit, and Mondelez/Jacob Suchard, whom it supplied with customized dairy ingredients tailored to their specific needs.

In 2001, to meet more specialized demands, Coalva S.A. was founded in southern France, focusing on the production of sweetened and/or fortified dairy blends.

These products, made from milk powder, whey, proteins, and other ingredients, served more specialized sectors of the market, reaching a blending volume of over 30,000 tons per year.

In 2012, the company expanded into the Mexican market, achieving a steady trade volume of 25,000 tons per year of milk powder and derivatives. However, tariff changes led to a strategic shift toward North American suppliers, leveraging the benefits of the NAFTA agreement. This experience underscored the importance of establishing a presence in the United States.

As a result of these past experiences, in 2025, Inprodairy Corp. was born as a U.S.-based company with offices in Miami, San Francisco, Mexico City, and Madrid. It is led by an experienced team of commercial traders, under the direction of Joaquín Tintoré, whose strong professional background in the industry is complemented by the guidance of the General Manager, who brings over 45 years of experience in the sector.

With this evolution, Inprodairy consolidates its role as a bridge between the United States, Europe, and Latin America, strengthening its offering with new raw materials such as cocoa and coffee, alongside its renowned specialization in dairy ingredients.
